This Sales & Refunds Policy explains how purchases, returns, and refunds work on barigadam.com. It covers both physical products and digital products (downloads).

Barigadam is operated by a legal entity registered in the Russian Federation.

Consumers only

Our store sells to end users. Purchasing products for resale is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions if we suspect purchases are intended for resale.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we may send confirmation or follow-up messages to the email address you provided. Please ensure your email is correct so we can contact you regarding payment, delivery, or support.

Digital products

Digital products include software, firmware, code, documentation, and downloadable files delivered electronically.

  • If a digital product link is provided or access is granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.
  • If a file is unavailable, corrupted, or cannot be delivered due to our fault, we will provide a replacement link or access.
  • Refunds for digital products may be provided where required by applicable law.

Physical products

Standard return window

You may request a return or exchange of physical products within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by mandatory law applicable to your purchase.

Return conditions

Returned items must be in original condition and include all parts, accessories, and packaging. We may refuse returns for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or incomplete.

Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details and clear photos/video.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case and availability.

How to request a return

  • Your order number (or order details)
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)
  • Photos/video if the item is defective or damaged

We will reply with next steps and return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a verified defect on arrival.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

If only part of an order is returned, we refund the returned items only. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, holidays, and local conditions. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.

Price adjustments

If we reduce the price of a product shortly after your purchase, we may, at our discretion, offer a price adjustment in the form of a partial refund or store credit. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Limited-time promotions and special sales events may be excluded.

Cancellations

If you contact us quickly and an order has not been shipped (or digital access has not been provided), we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped or delivered, standard return rules apply.
